All very good. The only downside being the slight lack of communication between teams. There were moments I was being asked what the plan was, when I expect this to be told to me!

You are an amazing team of doctors and nurses and I feel very grateful to have been looked after by you so well and made to feel calm and relaxed and, despite the seriousness of my illness, overall very happy and comfortable such is the warmth of your personalities and your professionalism. Overall a very good experience, with care and quality. Only issue was one overnight nurse (working as bank staff). They seemed less engaged and less capable (fitted compression machine sock incorrectly, twice). Also didn’t communicate with as much compassion as other nurses
